Davao del Sur State College invites interested bidders to participate in the disposal of unserviceable properties listed below. These items shall be sold on an “as is, where is” basis.

Items for Bidding

Lot I - Various desktop computers, printers, and air conditioners (scrap)

Lot II - Various agricultural equipment (scrap) | Location: Kapoc Campus, Matanao

Lot III - Mitsubishi L3FB, dual air conditioning, stereo, 2500 cc diesel engine, white color (unserviceable)

Lot IV - Hyundai H100, Plate No. AEC 2242, white color (unserviceable)

Bidders may conduct a physical inspection of the unserviceable properties from December 15 to 18, 2025, during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. A written notice confirming the intent to inspect shall be submitted to the DSSC Disposal Committee during or before the opening of bids.

Posting of the Invitation to Bid on the DSSC Bulletin Board at the Main Campus in Barangay Matti, Digos City, Davao del Sur, and on the official DSSC website.

December 12 to 18, 2025
Issuance of Bid Forms to interested parties upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00).

December 13 to 18, 2025
Pre-inspection of unserviceable properties during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

December 19, 2025 at 12:00 noon
Deadline for the submission of sealed Bid Forms and Bid Bonds.

December 19, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
Opening of sealed Bid Forms at the DSSC PSU Office, Room AD1-101, DSSC Main Campus, Matti, Digos City.

December 19, 2025
Disposal Committee evaluation and recommendation.

Commission’s Approval and Issuance of Notice of Award Tentative Schedule.

Payment and Pull-out of Unserviceable Properties
