Davao del Sur State College (DSSC), through its Quality Assurance Office, hosted the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) for the Preliminary Survey Visit from December 1-5, 2005, via Zoom, with the DSSC Area Program stationed at the DSSC Boardroom.

Three accreditors, Dr. Conchita Temporal, Dr. Jenelyn Sabellina, and Mr. Bobby Lopez, evaluated English, Filipino, and Social Studies programs. They commended the college for its thorough preparation and organization throughout the accreditation process. They have also recognized DSSC’s firm commitment to quality assurance and institutional development, quoting “an impressive achievement for an institution with only six years in operation.”

During the exit conference, the accreditors provided constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance DSSC’s readiness for accreditation and establish a strong foundation for future evaluations. They have also extended their support to the College in sustaining its continuous quality improvement initiatives.
