Davao del Sur State College now invites interested all interested parties to participate in the public bidding of various unserviceable properties on ‘’AS IS’’ ‘’WHERE IS’’ basis, to wit:

Lot III: Mitsubushi L3FB – With Dual Aircon and Stereo, 2500cc diesel engine, white color (Unserviceable)

Lot IV: Hyundai H100 Plate #AEC2242: White Color (Unserviceable)
Floor Price: Php 368,728.00
Bidders shall be allowed to conduct physical inspection of the unserviceable properties on March 3-9, 2026 during office hours from 9:00am to 12:00 Noon. The Bidders shall inform the DSSC Disposal committee through written notice confirming their conduct of inspection. It shall be submitted during or prior to the opening of bids.
Schedule of Bidding Activities:
March 2, 2026: Posting of ‘’Invitation to Bid’’ in the DSSC Bulletin Board at the DSSC Main Campus, Brgy. Matti Digos City Davao del Sur and the DSSC Website.
March 3-9, 2026: Issuance of Bid Form to Interested Parties/Bidders after payment of a non-refundable bid fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00).
March 3-9, 2026: Pre-inspection of Unserviceable Properties during office hours from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.
March 10, 2026 (12:00 noon): Deadline for Submission of sealed Bid Form and Bid Bond.
March 10, 2026 (2:30 pm): Opening of Sealed Bid Forms at DSSC PSU Office, Room # AD1-101, DSSC Main Campus, Matti Digos City.
March 10, 2026: Disposal Committee Evaluation and Recommendation.
March 12, 2026: Commission’s Approval and Issuance of Notice of Award.
March 16-20, 2026: Payment and pull-out of Unserviceable Properties by the winning bidder -Tentative.
