DSSC Sulop Extension Campus Receives New Classroom Building

Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) Sulop Extension Campus has officially received a newly constructed one unit classroom building, from the Local Government Unit of Sulop on August 25, 2026, at DSSC Sulop Extension Campus.

The facility was formally turned over to DSSC during a turnover ceremony led by the Municipal Mayor of Sulop Hon. Atty. Jose Jimmy Sagarino, together with the Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Atty. Willie Villegas and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan ng Sulop.

Representing the DSSC, College President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes alongside DSSC Sulop campus Administrator Adezar Valeros, campus personnel and students formally accepted the facility that will serve as additional learning space for the learners, providing a more conducive learning environment and support the growing needs of the students at the extension campus.

Dr. Fuentes has expressed her appreciation to the LGU Sulop for their continued support and partnership in improving the local campus, sharing the same commitment as the college in strengthening access to quality education. This also shows their support for the Sustainable Development Goals SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
