The activity facilitated the release of grants amounting to up to ₱7,500 per semester or ₱15,000 per academic year, intended to help cover tuition, school fees, and other academic-related expenses.
The Tulong-Dunong Program, under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), supports students enrolled in State Universities and Colleges and other recognized higher education institutions. Through the conduct of the distribution, DSSC continues to ensure that its students are able to access government-funded educational assistance, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive and accessible higher education.
This activity showcases DSSC’s active role in sustaining its mandate for quality higher education, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 for Quality Education.
