Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) was recognized by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) for its program accreditation performance in 2025, during the 39th AACCUP Annual National Conference and General Assembly at the Century Park Hotel in Malate, Metro Manila, today, March 24, 2025.
DSSC recorded Top 3 Level III Re-accredited programs and ranked third among state colleges and universities nationwide with the highest number of accredited programs.
The award was accepted by the College President, Dr. Augie E. Fuentes, who was joined by the Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Siverlyn M. Camposano, Director for Instruction, Dr. Amelie E. Trinidad, and Quality Assurance Director Roayda S. Hasim.
The recognition is a testament to DSSC’s continuous efforts in strengthening its academic programs and maintaining high standards through accreditations. This also shows how the college supports the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal, particularly SDG 4, for Quality Education.
