Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Adiong Memorial State College (AMSC) for a subscription of DSSC’s electronic Human Resource Information System (eHRIS) at the DSSC Boardroom, on July 2, 2026.
DSSC was represented by the College President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes, alongside Information Communication and Technology Center Director Eugenne Vann Espenosa, and College of Information and Digital Sciences Dean Dr. Felomino Alba, while AMSC was represented by their College President Dr. Sherifa Rohannie K. Adiong, alongside her trustees.
The agreement will allow AMSC to utilize DSSC’s eHRIS and integrate it with their system to transition Human Resource operations, which will include Daily Time Records, payroll, leave forms and other pertinent documents, into an organized digital platform.
With this partnership, DSSC will help AMSC’s system automation transition to a smoother and more efficient modernized administrative function. Supporting various Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 9 for Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 17 for Partnerships for the Goals, hoping this avenue will open to more growth and collaboration between the two institutions.
