Davao del Sur State College successfully underwent its ISO 9001:2015 Recertification conducted by A Cube TIC Limited, on June 9, 2026, at DSSC Main Campus.

The audit serves as a comprehensive evaluation of the College’s Quality Management System (QMS), as the College continues to deliver quality services in instruction, research, extension, production, and administrative operations.

The audit commenced with a short introductory convention at the DSSC Mini Theatre attended by the College Officials, headed by DSSC President Dr. Augie E. The auditors also recognized the improvements implemented in the Printing and Publication Center, Molecular Laboratory for Emerging Diseases, and Agriculture Building, noting that these developments show how committed DSSC is in maintaining and enhancing its facilities to support effective operations and continue improving.

The audit team also observed that the College’s overall implementation of its Quality Management System remains effective, as shown by the prompt provision of evidence showing conformity to established quality standards and procedures.

While several Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) were identified to further strengthen processes in areas such as General Services, Internal Audit, Library Services, Instruction, Document Control and Management Review, the audit resulted in no minor or major nonconformities.
