DSSC, LGU Malalag Sign Agreement for EHRMIS Implementation

Davao del Sur State College and the Local Government Unit of Malalag formalized a partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for the use of the Electronic Human Resource Management Information System (eHRMIS).

The agreement marks the inclusion of LGU Malalag as one of the institutions adopting the system as part of its effort to improve human resource processes. The eHRMIS is designed to support basic HR functions, including record management, monitoring, and reporting.

Through the partnership, LGU Malalag will begin transitioning from manual processes to a more organized and system-based approach in managing personnel information. The move is expected to help improve efficiency in handling HR-related transactions.

For DSSC, the agreement is part of its ongoing work in developing and sharing digital systems that government offices can use. The eHRMIS project is one of the College’s initiatives that connects its technical capability with practical needs in public service.

The collaboration also reflects Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) through the use of digital systems, and Sustainable Development Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening cooperation between the College and local government units.

The signing of the agreement sets the groundwork for the system’s implementation and continued coordination between DSSC and LGU Malalag.
