It was a homecoming of sorts for Davao del Sur State College President Dr. Augie Fuentes when her team embarked on a benchmarking trip to the University of Southern Mindanao. Dr. Fuentes was once a faculty of USM at the College of Veterinary Medicine and had her PhD in 2009.
The DSSC team was (more than)warmly welcomed by no less than USM President, Dr. Francisco Garcia and his staff. Dr. Garcia shared USM's best practices in various areas. At lunch break, the team was treated with not one but two sumptuous lunches.
DSSC will forever be grateful to USM for their generous sharing of knowledge as DSSC looks up to USM as one of our Big Brothers in providing excellent and quality higher education.
