Davao del Sur State College has implemented the third tranche of the salary increase for its employees in accordance with government guidelines issued by the Department of Budget and Management. The adjustment applies to qualified teaching and non-teaching personnel of the College.

The increase forms part of the multi-year Salary Standardization program for civilian government personnel under Executive Order No. 64, series of 2024. The program provides phased salary adjustments across national government agencies, state universities and colleges, and other public institutions.

The third tranche is one stage in the scheduled implementation of the salary adjustments. Eligible employees of the College received the updated rates following the prescribed guidelines.

The implementation reflects compliance with national policy on compensation for government workers. It relates to Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through support for fair compensation and stable employment within public institutions.
