This September, the Davao del Sur State College proudly joins the nation in commemorating the 124th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service. Established by Public Law No. 5 on September 19, 1900, this landmark has been a cornerstone of integrity and efficiency in our public service.

In 2021, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) introduced a 10-year overarching theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes ” which resonates deeply with our commitment to excellence and innovation. Aligned with Ambisyon Natin 2040, we are dedicated to fostering a resilient and forward-thinking government that balances performance with long-term social, economic, and environmental impacts.
